Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1967 Dodge Dart Gt Convertible. I have owned the car for four years. The car is dark teal with black top and black interior. It has the 225 slant six engine with a automatic transmission. It has four wheel drum brakes that are almost new. The car stops great. I have updated the 13 inch wheels to 14 inch rally wheels. The tires are almost new. I have chrome lug nuts for the car. It was origionally a radio delete car, but a stereo has been installed under the dash. The dash was not cut in any way. Speakers were installed in the door and appears to be a quality installation. The body of the car is in great condition. It has been repainted at some time and the paint is in great condition. The floorboards of the car are 100% solid. The interior of the car is in good condition. The seat has a seam that has become unstitched on the driver and passenger seat. The seam is about 2 inches long on the passenger and about10 inches long on the driver side. I talked to an upholsterer who said it would be a simple repair. I just haven't had the time to send it to him. There are four things that need to be addressed with the car. First of all there is a exhaust leak which I believe to be the exhaust manifold. If I keep the car my intentions are to put a V8 in, although recently I have thought about a four barrel intake with headers on the slant six. The leak isn't that bad to where it is anoying to drive. The second thing is there is about a 2 inch tear in the top. I have been told of a repair for this, I just haven't researched it yet. The other thing is a small rust area in the driver side rocker panel towards the rear. The inner rocker is in great condition. I'm not sure what caused the rust but it is the only rust on the car. The last thing is there is missing trim on the left rear deck by the top. I haven't seriously looked for the trim. This car is in great overall condition. I believe my reserve is fair. I'm listing it only because I don't really have the time for it. A 200.00 deposit is due within 24 hours auction end. I accept paypal. Final payment can be a wire transfer, money order, certified bank check or cash in person upon vehicle pick up. If you have any questions please ask. Thanks for looking.
