i have a 1981 CR250R Elsinore that i have had for a while sitting in the garage, has been a garage queen for a while now before i let it sit i had the engine totaly rebuilt rode it twice since the rebuild. the bike was built by casey city cycle in hampton. they put in a total weisco kit in it crank, bearings, piston and rings, and clutch. went out before posting it for sale to change all the fluids and start it up, after a year and a half it started first kick. bike is ready to go and has amazing power. all the plastics are original, the forks seals and rear shock were rebuilt. the bars i changed out with new stock 1998 CR250 bars and grips. i also put brand new tires on it no leaks in it tires all hold air. there is two small cracks in the front number plate. i know what the bike is worth you can go on nada.com and see for yourself. i think $1800 is very resonable. but shoot me an offer and well go from there. if you have any questions or need more pics let me know and i will get them to you... this is a local pick up only.
