Vehicle Detail

We are selling our 2007 Honday Odyssey that we bought brand new, as an auction, because we have already purchased another Hi-Top Van with a wheelchair lift for our son. This van was purchased new in September 2006. This is a one owner vehicle. This van has been an excellent van for our family. We have a totally disabled son and we've used this van to transport him from home and to his doctor's or the hospital. We do have a tethering hook in the back of the right middle seat where we used as shoulder/chest harness to hold him safely. Transferring our son in and out of the van, for we don't have a wheelchair lift, took a toll on us and his caregivers. Majority of the miles has been highway from Virginia to Florida, as we had a second home in Virginia so we could obtain skilled nursing care through the state Medicaid Waiver program. We have been back to stay in Florida since Spring of 2009. This van has been serviced exclusively by the Honda dealership. The van has always had the oil changed when the oil percentage said 15 to 10%. We have all the service records for the oil changes. We purchased top of the line Michelin tires - 4 of them, last year (2010). They're still almost new for they have very low miles on them. Safety Features does include the Driver's and Front Passenger's Dual-Stage Airbags (SRS); Driver's and Front Passenger's Side Airbags; Side Curtain Airbags with Rollover Sensor; Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA); Anti-lock Braking System (ABS); Tire Pressure Monitoring System; ACE Body Structure; Remote Entry System; Immobilizer Theft-Deterrent System; LATCH System for Child Seats. Interior Features include AM/FM/CD Audio System with 4 speakers; Tilt & Telescoping Steering Column; Front and Rear Air Condition; Driver's Seat Height Adjustment; 60/40 Split Folding 3rd Row Magic Seat; Two-Row Power Windos; Driver's Auto Up/Down Window; Power Door and Tailgate Locks; Coin Holder; In-Floor Storage; 12-Volt Power Outlets; Floor Mats; Maintenance Minder System., Technical Features include 244hp 3.5-Liter SOHC 24-Valve VTEC V6 Engine; 5-Speed Automatic Transmission with Grade Logic Control; 4-Wheel Disc Brakes; Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD); Brake Assist; Front MacPherson Strut Suspension; Rear Double-Wishbone Suspension; Variable-Assist Rack and Pinion Power Steering; EPA-certified tier-2-Bin-5; CARB-Certified ULEV2; 100K+Miles - No Scheduled Tune-ups (Under Normal Conditions); Exterior Features include 16"x7.0" Steel wheels with full wheel covers; 235/65 R16 Almost New Micheline Tires; Dual Sliding Doors. This van also has a dealership installed (which is same as factory installed) tow kit package (trailer hitch and cooler), which retailed for over $1,200. This van was treated inside and out with Xzilon (a clear protective coating). With the Xzilon, it does not require any waxing. Dealerships charge over $600 for this application. With the Xzilon protection, you don't have to worry about insect penetrating the paint and causing discoloration. It is easy to clean up and to keep shiny. You can wash the car in half the time that you might take normally if it wasn't Xzilon'd. This van has always been garage-kept! There is a black vinyl protector in the well of the van in the back, so it makes transporting groceries easy and it protects the van. We did a Kelly Blue Book analysis and we do consider it in excellent condition and the value is $14,850 with the current mileage. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE AND PET-FREE VAN. In October 2006 we made a trip to the Outerbanks of NC for a family get together, during that weekend, there was a Northeastern Storm, high winds blew some shingles off the vacation home we were staying in and scratched the paint on our brand new van. We filed a claim and had our van re-painted. This is the only claim that was ever filed. The other scratches you see in the pictures are from normal wear and tear. Record of this incident is available. The bank finance lien on this van has been paid in full recently. When you pick up the van, we will sign over the title.
