This is a nice 1980 AMC Jeep CJ5. It has a 304 V8 in it with a manual 3 speed with reverse trans. Let me tell you the story behind this jeep. I own a body shop and auto sales here in town. This was a friend of my wifes that had run into some financial trouble and had to sell it. I bought it to help them out and don't need it so I am selling it. Here is what I am told has been done to it. Again I did not perform the work I only know what I have been told. The engine was supposed to have been rebuilt 2 years ago. The transmission and clutch were supposed to have been rebuilt less then one year ago. The tires and rims are very new only about 500 miles on them and they are 33x12 in the front and 33x12 in the rear. The shocks, brakes, and lines are all newer. The leather seats are less then one year old. The frame looks to be in great shape but the original METAL body has a two spots that I have tried to take pics of. The paint job is a few years old and minus the spots looks pretty good. It only has the bikini top and no doors. It runs and drives very good. 4x4 works as do the dash lights and all gauges. They had to have it appraised in order to get full coverage insurance and it came in at 6500 in its present condition. Please feel free to call or text me at 270-799-1262. Does come with a Kenwood cd player but it is not hooked up.
