I have a 76 400 4 Speed Trans Am project for sale. It needs : passenger quarter panel replacement but I have a quarter for the replacement, driver's side quarter work not a full replacement, rear tail area behind the bumper is good with only light replacement needed, the area of the car in front of the doors behind the fenders need some replacement work, there is a very small area on the drivers toeboard that needs replaced and a small area on the passenger toeboard that needs replaced, there is also a small area on the dash by the vin that has the typical rust, the fenders are probably not worth saving but you be the judge of that. the car wasoutside with no cover on the motor so it filled with water and is locked up, it is partialy disassembled, I have the heads and intake and carb off of the car while the block etc. is still in it. the bolts on the intake and head and exhaust manifolds are frozen up and will need some work to seperate them. Drivers door skin is toasted. The Good : Excellent floor pan other than the 2 toeboard areas, excellent trunk pan, Excellent dash no cracks with only 2 slightly lifted areas also has the stock radio that does work, all 4 honeycomb rims although only 2 are on the car holding air, the super t10 4 speed seems to move between the gears well, the 2 front seats are in great shape while the rear seat needs recovered. It will come with 3 hoods, 2 front bumpers, 2 rear bumpers they all have boken or missing studs here and there. maybe 3 pairs of grill inserts, 3 nose panels 1 is cracked and could be repairable. The frame rails are excellent, the underbody of the car only has surface rust. ETC. ETC. ETC. I am only selling because I have no knowledge of body work and don't have enough money to pay someone to do it for me, someone needs to save this car. If it does not sell soon I will start parting it out.
