To see a short video on how this vehicle runs and sounds go to the following movie and enjoy: We are offering this nice 1997 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO 4X4 with NO RESERVE!! This Jeep comes with a clean AutoCheck report and a high score of 65 out of a possible 33-59. This SUV has nice equipment like power windows, door locks, cruise control with steering wheel controls, mirrors, tilt wheel and much more!! The 4.0 Litre straight 6 starts right up and runs strong and quiet, yet for a 4X4 SUV, it gets decent gas mileage! The 4 speed automatic transmission shifts nice and smooth, the only issue I could find is a slight noise coming from the rear. I was told it is a very common issue with these Jeeps and is most likely a carrier bearing which is supposed to be an easy fix, but he also told me that it can go 50-100K miles just like it is, so it will be up to you if you want to do anything about it. The 4 wheel drive operates as it should, in all modes. The black paint is very clean and shiny, and the body is in fantastic shape especially considering the age and mileage. The gray cloth seats are beautiful, with only minor signs of wear and tear. The gray carpeting is in nice shape but could use a good scrubbing. The tires are decent, and should last many miles. They are mounted on the factory alloy wheels, which were painted black. It even comes with a NJ state inspection sticker valid for over a year!! I drove this Jeep for around 400 miles and I can tell you it runs great! I would not be afraid to drive this Jeep across the country just the way it is. The Kelly Blue Book value on this Jeep is over $5000.00, but with my low wholesale pricing and NO reserve, someone is going to get a GREAT deal and maybe save THOUSANDS off the KBB retail price! All my vehicles are for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early for any reason. Many of the vehicles are also driven so they may have a few more miles than is listed or shown in the pictures, but not too many, certainly not enough to affect the value of the vehicles. I have tried to be as honest and descriptive as possible but I'm not perfect. Please remember you are buying a wholesale vehicle and paying a wholesale price, not retail, so keep that in mind when looking at this vehicle, it is not a NEW car. Please read my feedback. As you can see almost everyone has been satisfied. Please do not come here wanting to inspect the vehicle and then pay, I offer you the opportunity to inspect it first. The balance and pick up of the vehicle is due within 7 days of the auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made. Failure to pick the vehicle up within the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $25.00 per day or if you don't pickup the vehicle within the allotted time you will lose your deposit and I may or may not relist the vehicle. If you need assistance arranging transportation, I will help you with that , but there will be a $100 fee on top of the shipping charges.There is a $99 documentation fee, and if you live in NJ I am required to collect the appropriate sales tax. We are offering this nice 1997 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO 4X4 with NO RESERVE!! This Jeep comes with a clean AutoCheck report and a high score of 65 out of a possible 33-59. This SUV has nice equipment like power windows, door locks, cruise control with steering wheel controls, mirrors, tilt wheel and much more!! The 4.0 Litre straight 6 starts right up and runs strong and quiet, yet for a 4X4 SUV, it gets decent gas mileage! The 4 speed automatic transmission shifts nice and smooth, the only issue I could find is a slight noise coming from the rear. I was told it is a very common issue with these Jeeps and is most likely a carrier bearing which is supposed to be an easy fix, but he also told me that it can go 50-100K miles just like it is, so it will be up to you if you want to do anything about it. The 4 wheel drive operates as it should, in all modes. The black paint is very clean and shiny, and the body is in fantastic shape especially considering the age and mileage. The gray cloth seats are beautiful, with only minor signs of wear and tear. The gray carpeting is in nice shape but could use a good scrubbing. The tires are decent, and should last many miles. They are mounted on the factory alloy wheels, which were painted black. It even comes with a NJ state inspection sticker valid for over a year!! I drove this Jeep for around 400 miles and I can tell you it runs great! I would not be afraid to drive this Jeep across the country just the way it is. The Kelly Blue Book value on this Jeep is over $5000.00, but with my low wholesale pricing and NO reserve, someone is going to get a GREAT deal and maybe save THOUSANDS off the KBB retail price!
