1976 Volkswagen Type 2 Westfalia Bus Campmoblie Pop Top. This is a hard-to-find Type 2 pop Top Camper in Good Condition. We purchased this vehicle in Oregon in April of 2010 and drove it back to California. It has been smog-checked and PASSED (May 2010). The registration has just been paid and is good until May 2012. The interior is in remarkable condition for a model this old with almost all of the wood veneer intact. The cabin is like a minature living room on wheels. The bottom seats fold down and sleep 2 comfortably and you can fit 2 more in the equally comfortable pop-top sleeper. The exterior paint is in good condition with some minor rust wear in the expected areas (base of windows). Recent work... New Front Brakes New Battery New Alternator New Bosch Starter New Fuel Injector New Fuel Lines New Clutch Cable New Heat Sensor New Cabinet Handles New Rear Hatch Seal New Engine Compartment Seal New Interior Bulbs New Licence Plate Bulb New Pop Top Seals (center seal needs to still be installed, but I have a new one) This is a no-return sale. Once the title is handed over the sale is FINAL. The buyer is purchasing this vehicle as-is and understands this is an OLD car which will need work and things replaced as you go along.
