Ok, up for auction today is a 1991 Pony. This is my wife's daily commuter. Reason for selling we have kids, and I got her a four door car. My wife has taken this car to school and back (100 mi. round trip) for the last two years. We have had very good luck with the reliability of this car. Exact mileage is unknown since the odometer doesn't have the extra number on it the good car starts right upgets good mileage brakes work goodtransmission works good radio worksall lights worktires are 70%+ rear 30%-front very dependableTitle in hand The bad needs shocks top of rear passengers shock tower is rusted out and has been welded. it's solid now, and we have put on a good amount of miles with it. exhaust is loud. When I changed the lines, one of the two studs that hold the collar to the manifold snapped off. I had it wired up and that worked for a while.needs an alignment. You don't notice it until you hit 70 mph then the front shakes. (not like the whole car is going to shake apart, but enough to make you want to fix it)gas tank leaks if you fill it all the way. We just put in 3/4 tank and don't have a problem gas gauge works more or less ( it will tell you its full until you hit a 1/4 tank then it's pretty accurate)tires are 70%+ rear 30%-front there has been the following trouble lights on since we bought the car: check engine, check coolant, fuel cutout, brake,rust in all the usual places but its not a rust bucket I hope I didn't forget anything.
