DETAILED DESCRIPTION 1954 Chevy truck with 1949 doors, front clip, and bed sitting on 1983 1/2 Ton Chassis and diesel engine. This is an awesome truck that runs, drives, and stops beautifully. Truck was stripped to the bare metal and repainted. Please see all the pictures below. Custom Black on Black exterior High shine Vs. flat paint scheme is a true eye catcher giving it a Hot Rod look. Paint was done correctly INSIDE AND OUT just months ago.........Etching, Primer, and Paint. This truck has already seen its first car show and onlookers were amazed and surprised to hear the 6.2 Liter Diesel engine. Very Unique! Truck gets approx 20 miles per gallon and has a 700 R4 Transmission (1995) with hydro boost brakes. Truck is equipped with Tilt /Power Steering, Power brakes and all lights and turn signals work perfectly. Truck needs . . . . Tailgate, a/c hooked up, and wiper motor. The truck was inspected by the Missouri State Highway Patrol to obtain vehicle examination certificate. Clear title in hand and ready for a new owner. The entire truck is a 1983 1/2 ton Chevy Diesel except for the original 1954 cab, front clip and bed and 1949 doors. Old classic look with modern conveniences such as brakes, power booster, steering column, fuse box, chassis, motor, transmission, wiring, etc. You could go to any auto parts store and buy anything you need for maintenance but nobody would know it as it drives down the road.
