Description: Up for auction is a 2005 Toyota Prius Hybrid at about 82k Miles. The car is in good running condition and is currently a daily commuter. It is the Base Model and has Keyless Entry, Power Windows and Locks, Front and Side Airbags, CD Player, Radio, and all other standard accessories. All items are in working condition. The A/C and Heat and the rest of Climate Control works well. The interior has cloth seats, is very clean, and had a recent professional steam cleaning. Both the high voltage battery and the 12V battery are in good condition. I had a recent oil change and also changed the transmission fluid and brake fluid. I recently drove this car from Virginia to New York and back. It ran perfectly and gave about 46 - 50 MPG. That's less than one tank each way. Your actual MPG will vary depending upon several factors such as driving habits, outside temperature, weather, A/C or Heat use, type of gas, tire pressure, type of tires, etc. Features: This car does not have any upgraded equipment, accessories, or other special features. Warranty: This car is being sold “As is” “Where-Is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose as to its condition of any part thereof. Buyer is not entitled to recover from the Seller any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or income, or any other incidental damages. The seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the vehicle. Payment: Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250 is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The funds (Cashiers Check, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer) must clear (be available) in my bank before I will release the vehicle (usually 5-7 business days). PAYPAL IS FOR DEPOSITS ONLY. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year, miles, and history of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Shipping: Winning Bidder must make all the arrangements for shipment and/or pick-up. I cannot provide any assistance for shipping, pick-up, loading, delivering, etc. History: This car has been in an accident at the front right, but has since been fully repaired. Many parts that were already in good condition were replaced with brand new such as brake rotors, brake pads, ball joints, axle, etc. The car passed a VA DMV inspection in December 2010 before being branded Repaired, and then passed a VA Safety Inspection. So far I've put about 2000 miles on the car since the repair. Please note the actual mileage at time of sale will be different from that listed since the car is in regular use. I am not the original owner of the car and do not know the detailed history of the car, whether the previous owner(s) smoked, or whether the car was properly maintained. I do not know how or why the previous owner had the accident. Because of the accident, there is a Salvage history. However, the current title is Branded Repaired and the car is registered in Virginia. To my knowledge the title can be transferred to anyone in Virginia without any issues, just like any normal car. For out-of-state bidders, please check the laws of your own state. I am not providing any guarantee as to whether you will be able to register and legally drive the car after purchase. Other notes regarding condition of Vehicle: The paint on the hood and front fenders shows some dullness and may not meet your expectations. There may be other hidden issues due to the history and previous repairs on the vehicle. This car comes with one key only. The other key was lost. You can obtain duplicate keys from the dealer. Buyer will have a chance to inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to finalizing the sale. Please note if you change your mind after inspecting the car, the $250 deposit will not be returned in order to cover for ebay fees.
