Buying an ATV online can be scary. You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures. In our auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. ATV: This ATV is a 2008 Honda TRX700XX. The XX is one of the best sport ATVs on the market because it is a great do-it-all ATV. To begine with it has a 700cc 4 stroke, liquid cooled, fuel injected engine with a 5 speed manual transmission and reverse. Of course it has electric start and is easy to use. What really sets the 700 apart though is the rear suspension. These are one of teh few sport ATVs on the market with independant rear suspension. This makes them awsome trail quads because not only do they ride smoother than traditional sport quads, they also have considerably more ground clearance. The 450 calss machines are fun, but these big Honda's are great in my opinion. They ride better are easier to ride and are much more fun on a rough trail than than a straight axle sport ATV. I guess that's why they keep winning the Baja 1000 Condition: This machine is in excellent used condition. It does not have an hour meter but I would guess it at around 75 hours. The engine is perfect and fires immediately as soon as you push the button. The chassis and suspension are in great shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. It revs perfectly and pulls hard with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The tires are new Kenda Kutters in teh stock size and they have less than 50 miles on them. It does not have any brolken plastics but it is covered with normal trail scratches like most used sport ATVs. So overall it is a 9.5 out of 10 mechanically and an 8 out of 10 cosmetically. A new one just like this would set you back around $9,000. This one looks good, runs new and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. No games here, it will sell. No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we have to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. If you have it shiped to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exempion for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATVs to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
