this is a 46 chevy truck that has been in a dry barn for 40 years it has a clean kansas title,the cab is in great condition the body mounts are great,rockers are very nice no rust the floor is complete with no rust,seat stand is nice no rust,interior is complete even still has the original head liner, doors are solid the passenger window is gone the frame is there,the drivers window is cracked,windshield and back glass have no cracks.the seat is complete the gas tank looks good,the cab corners are nice no rust it is a really solid project windshield frame is complete the doors open a little hard but they latch and open and the hinges are good.the truck is exceptional for 65 years old.the head lites are complete fenders have cracks no rust the grill needs re chromed but complete i have the front bumper and brackets and rear bumper brackets no bumper or bed.back in the early 70's a newer engine was installed but the water pump was to long and wouldnt clear the radiator so it was parked and forgotten.the transmission looks original and it is complete .the radiator looks good,the hood is complete both sides open it has no rust.the truck rolls freely and steers nice.i also have the key to the ignition and the passenger door.i was going to put it on a newer frame and make a ratrod but i have to many projects and i would rather sell it than leave it outside. you can call me with any questions vance at 785-383-3635On Jul-09-11 at 12:48:15 PDT, seller added the following information: I HAVE ADDED SOME PICTURES OF THE FLOOR FROM UNDER THE TRUCK,THERE IS NO RUST JUST A LITTLE SURFACE, NO FLAKING OFF RUST IT IS VERY SOLID.THIS IS THE MOST SOLID 46 AND OLDER TRUCK I HAVE EVER HAD,THE ONLY RUST I CAN FIND ARE A COUPLE SPOTS ON THE BACK OUTSIDE OF THE CAB WHERE THE BODY LINE IS EASY FIX.
