Here is a nice 1996 VW Cabrio for your summer ride. The car runs well, has automatic transmission and has 138,646 miles on it. It has new tires and passed inspection good to February 2012. It has a black body and black top with a dark gray interior that has soft blue and red accents in the fabric. Includes a like new convertible top protective cover, original owner's manuals, good floor mats, and a really clean trunk. Work I have completed on the car include new right front axel/CV joint, new rear shock absorbers, new windshield wiper motor and antifreeze reservoir. My daughter graduated from college and bought a new car and now this one is available. Work that needs to be done to the car include new door locks and rear wheel bearings. I replace the drivers electric door window motor and it worked for about a month but now both door window motors don,t work. Both rear electric windows work properly. There is a slight crack on the rear right fender that is old bodywork and a small worn spot on the front seat. The top is good except for a seperation on the seam by the convertible window which I taped. This is a really nice car that needs a little work to complete. Clear New Jersey Title. On Jul-03-11 at 07:43:38 PDT, seller added the following information: Additional work done on the car since my daughter owned it includes new brake pads, new wiper motor and blades, new rear shock absorbers and strut assemblies, new driver side window regulator ($502.37 clicks but does not go down), and brake line. Oil and filter changed every 3,000 miles. I will include all receipts and maintenance records.
