Vehicle Detail
A rare BMW V-12 in very good mechanical and cosmetic condition. Contrast nachtblau metallic with parchment interior and blue piping. Full leather interior in good condition … Original sticker price was $97,695.00, every option that BMW offered in 2001 is on this car. Originally sold by Patrick BMW in October 2001, I bought it certified pre-owned from Patrick in July 2007 with 60K miles on it and bought a 3 year 30K bumper-to-bumper warranty. Patrick has the entire service history on the vehicle since it was new. Major services include all inspections at recommended intervals, including in between oil changes every 5-6K miles. Also, the following additional services include… a new transmission at 60K, new instrument cluster (pixel display) , new radiator, expansion tank, tires and sunroof gasket… all done at Patrick under BMW warranty. Since then, I have replaced the tires, serpentine belt, power steering hose, and done a 4 wheel alignment (new Pirelli P-Zero Nero ), replaced the idler arm, front thrust arms and bushings, replaced all gaskets and seals on the front of the engine and the value cover seals. New brakes and rotors around the entire car at 85K, and all fluids including brake and radiator have been flushed at recommended factory intervals. It is due for inspection 1 in about 3K miles, currently at 1 green LED indicator. There is one small rust spot below the rear license plate- as pictured, otherwise there is no rust on the exterior. Also, the M parallel wheels are clean with one rim having some “road rash” as pictured. I have all the service records since the car was new, and just had it inspected at Patrick's free BMW clinic… where they only found a muffler clamp that needed to be replaced, which I had done. If you are looking for a top of line, last year of the old 7 series E-38 body style with the rare V-12 that has been well cared for, this is the car for you!!
