Up for auction is my 2000 Ford Excursion limited. This is a good looking vehicle with 165,000 miles. I am the second owner of this vehicle. It has a tan leather interior with power everything, the interior is in great shape overall. The front seats are heated. The body is in good shape with no rust, there are a few dings and dents in places, nothing major, looks great all cleaned up and waxed. This mighty excursion seats 8 people comfortably and it rides like a cadillac. With the 6.8l V-10, it has plenty of power. With a 44 gallon fuel tank, you can go over 500 miles without filling up. On this truck is the heavy duty towing package as well. It has extendable mirrors that are heated in the winter. This truck has had new shocks 2 years ago, new front brake pads and rotors last spring. The brakes do pulse a little so it must be pads in the rear. I am selling this vehicle because i have purchased a new one and I no longer neew this one. It was parked 6 months ago. It needs a minor tune up, it spudders sometimes, and it needs a transmission sensor. The check engine light came on recently and this is the code that came up. it is not an expensive fix, maybe $200 at the most. The truck still runs and drives fine however with no transmission problems. Up uutil 6 months ago, this truck has been maintained regularly throught its life. This still has tons of life left in it. The tires are toyo open countrys and are about half tread.This is a great looking truck for thousands under blue book. With a few hundred dollars of maintenence, this will be good to go!
