1970 CLASSIC BEETLE CONVERTIBLE+++ROCK SOLID BODY REBUILT DUAL PORT ENGINE+++THINGS WORK 4 SPEED TANSMISSION+++NEW INTERIOR+++NEW TOP CUSTOM FENDERS+++NICE WHEELS MY PICTURES: The car was missing one exhaust tip in the pictures, new ones and gaskets are now installed. UP FRONT: This is a very nice car, my buy now price is the lowest I will take. VIN 1502861622 TITLE: Clear GEORGIA registration of title in hand. MILEAGE: I'm sure the odometer has turned once, but things have been replaced or rebuilt. IS THERE ANY RUST PROBLEMS? .None that I can find, the floors and underside look good with no rusty holes, its not painted beautiful under there, but its solid. IS THERE ANY ACCIDENT DAMAGE? None that I can find. WHY AM I SELLING THIS CAR? I’m a classic car restorer, but when I find a car I like, can sell for a fair market price and make a few bucks, I buy it fix a few things and resell. PAINT: It has no dents, no dings, it has a brilliant shine! This is a nice paint job, but not a perfect $20,000 roll out of the trailer paint job. Under a critical eye inspection you will find some small touched up stone chips dwon low and super minor flaws. You don't see them just looking, you can find them under inspection to buy if you look hard. FENDERS: The fenders are after market, they are wider to accept the wider wheels and tires. They are thick fiber-glass, they are not wavy, the only way to tell that they are fiber-glass is to look on the underside or if you have the feel pick them with you finger, "they look good". BUMPERS: Past owner took them off, this was far the low custom look. They are cheap and can be added, if have to have medium skils to do the job right. CONVERTIBLE TOP: It is new and in nice condition, it goes up and down good. Past owner never bought a boot cover. CHROME: What there is looks good. INTEROR: .New interior with no wear, no smoke smell, new capret, new seat covers, new door panels and the dash is good. GLASS: Windshield looks new, side windows are good with no cracks and roll up and down good other than the drivers window being tight in the new weather stipping when rolling up. ENGINE: The engine is rebuilt and strong, its dual port, it has no unwanted rattles. I cannot document a thing about the engine, the pass owner told me it had been rebuilt. I'm just judging it as a old mechanic/car restrorer. EXHAUST SYSTEM: Good! It had 1 exhaust tip off in my pictues. I have now installed 2 new tips and gaskets. TRANSMISSION: Nice shifting 4 speed manual transmission. REAR-END: No whines or growls, it’s the original. BRAKES: Good, they are not power, but you don't need power on this light weight car. STEERING: Good, the car drives great. WHEELS AND TIRES Wheels are alloy 15 inch with 195/60/15 radial tires that have good tread. LIGHTS: They work, turn signals work, headlights work, tail lights work, parking lights work, the interior light works. GUAGES: They work. SPEEDOMETER works! GAS GAUGE reads low, I will try to fix it, past owner put a new sending unit in, my guess is a bad ground! Horn works! wipers work! HOW DO THE DOORS AND HOOD OPEN AND CLOSE? I think they open and close good! TRADES: Please no trades, they never work out and are just to hard!
