The original rear end is still on board with the correct 3:25 gear.This car has just under gone a frame up restoration and was a solid piece retaining all the original sheet metal, floorpans and bed. Everything on this car is either new or restored. Re-chromed original bumpers, stainless is new or like new. The paint is the original code 3D Medium Blue Metalic with new GT stripes and black out hood. No rust on this car anywhere. The bed is spotlesss as is the tail gate area. Floorpans are original and rust free.The interior is the rare code FW White Vinyl bench seat with black components which is in excellent condition.You are looking at "THE ONLY" 1972 Ranchero GT with these paint and trim codes and this one is a 4 speed to boot. If you're a Ranchero guy, it doesnt get much better than this "1 of 1" 1972 Ford Ranchero GT with its original numbers matching Q code 351 4V and hard to find original 4 speed transmission with a Hurst shifter. The original rear end is still on board with the correct 3:25 gear.
This car has just under gone a frame up restoration and was a solid piece retaining all the original sheet metal, floorpans and bed. Everything on this car is either new or restored. Re-chromed original bumpers, stainless is new or like new. The paint is the original code 3D Medium Blue Metalic with new GT stripes and black out hood. No rust on this car anywhere. The bed is spotlesss as is the tail gate area. Floorpans are original and rust free.
The interior is the rare code FW White Vinyl bench seat with black components which is in excellent condition.
You are looking at "THE ONLY" 1972 Ranchero GT with these paint and trim codes and this one is a 4 speed to boot. See the Marti Report and original build sheet.
The engine was recently rebuilt and has around 1700 miles on it when it was drove to Ford Carlisle by the present owner 2 times.
This car runs and drives very nice and all components work as they should. On the corners are new Magnum 500s and radial tires. Power steering and power brakes. Very nice engine bay done when the motor was out being rebuilt.
