TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE Up For Auction we have a 1981 VW Diesel ½ ton pickup In excellent running condition and new tags. It has a very nice camper on it that will be included in this auction as well. The truck has 141,000 thousand miles on it and the engine has only 3,100 miles on it since rebuilt, It is a 4 speed manual transmission. The tires or like new with less then 500 miles on them. It has new brakes and brake calipers, new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing. I replaced the right fender and bought a left fender as well and never got around to installing it. It will also go with the truck in this auction. Along with a 1984 VW Rabbit car that I bought to have extra parts for the truck, and have used some of the parts off of it. The car is nice to for its age. It will also be included in this auction with the pickup, You can use it for parts or put it back on the road. It will need a few things to get it road ready again, Like a fuel pump, tires, some new diesel fuel line hoses and a battery. I have already bought a new timing belt for it that will go with it as well. The truck runs great and I just bought the new tags for it, I haven’t even put them on yet. The truck is a great fuel saver at or about 60 MPG and with the fuel prices it makes it very sweet at the gas station when you fill it up. I have both clear Texas titles in hand.
