1972 BMW R75/5 (swb) Toaster. Bike was taken down to the frame this winter. Frame was cleaned, prepped and painted with a very durable single stage gloss black paint. Gas tank, front and rear fenders have been painted using Hot Rod Flatz Hot Rod Black. Clean chrome side panels on the gas tank. Rebuilt petcocks. New stainless screws through-out. Newly restored seat. More than just a new seat cover. Seat pan was cleaned of all rust. Then painted black. Includes grab rail attached to the seat. And an additional passenger pad that can be switched out. Removable (period correct) Bates hard saddle bags. Period correct Mac Mufflers New tubes and avon tires. Throttle(both sides), Choke(both sides), Front Brake and Clutch cables are all brand new. New fork seals. New steering head bearings. New Magura Euro handlebars. New grips. New bar-end mirror. New fluids. New charging system. New rotor, Diode board, Rectifier. New Battery. New air filter. New points and condenser. Carbs have been rebuilt. Engine/Bike has under 6,000 original miles. I bought it last year after it had been sitting in a garage since the early 80's. Speedo just stopped working while I was riding it. It stopped just under 6000. This is a bmw and the engine hasn't even been broken in yet. Engine has been flushed a few times to get the old oil out. And oil changed 3 times within the first 100 miles after I got it back running again. Valves adjusted. Needs just a few things to be perfect(wiring) Title is lost. I can write a bill of sale.
