Rare 60 Elcamino Project Original V8/manual car. I believe it still has the original 283 engine still in the car. It is not stuck, but I'm sure it needs rebuilt. Not sure if it's the original tranny or not. There is a manual tranny still in the car. I'm pretty sure it was an original 3 on the tree and later moved to the floor. There's a hole cut in the floor for floor shifter, but no floor shifter in place. Car still has original VIN tag and body tag still in place. Car comes with Iowa certificate of title, but was stamped red title back in 1983 for re-inspection. The dash is all original, nothing missing and in good shape for age. The roof is very solid and the rear window is in very good shape. Bed rails are straight and free of damage, but some pitting. It's mostly a complete car, but missing front seat and door panels (arms of the door panels inside car). The fan shroud is in the back of the car and most of the exterior chrome/trim is inside the car. The original hub caps are in the car as well. The car does have rust and will need sheet metal repair. The inner bottom of tailgate has rust. The floor pans will need replaced. The rear section of the frame has some rot as well. It will need some attention. Pretty much what you see is what you get. The car does roll and I can assist with loading. The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Buyer is 100% responsible for shipping cost and arrangements.
