A new GM Goodwrench engine and assembly was installed on 10/19/09. There was 176,762 miles on the truck when the engine was installed. It was installed by Memering Chevrolet in Vincennes, Indiana. The engine carries a 3yr / 50,000 warranty. The transmission was serviced at the same time the engine was installed. I have a $5097.62 receipt from the dealership. The dealership told me the warranty was transferrable. The truck runs, drives, and shifts great. The A/C blows cold. The power moonroof works. The truck does have some dings and scratches. No major damage. One of the panels that cover the bed is missing. There is a long scratch along the rear passenger panel. There are multiple scratches on the tailgate. There is a dent above the passenger side front wheel trim. The interior is in good shape. The drivers side seat has a rip on the side boulster. The passenger seat has a mark in the leather. The rear seats have some white markings. Both mirrors have scratches. When we got the truck, it had a spare on the rear drivers side. We replaced the spare with the original wheel and a tire with great tread on it, but it doesn't match. There is 1 key and NO FOB (keyless entry remote). Besides some small cosmetic issues, this is a great running truck that has an engine that is still under a GM warranty! Someone else's misfortune could turn into your lucky day! Make sure it's you!
