All accessories work as they should. This appears to be a non-smoking vehicle, as there is no smell nor any signs of smoking in the past. EXTERIOR: The Black paint is overall in excellent condition, with a factory-like gloss, and completely rust-free. The underside is clean as a whistle, showing no signs of corrosion. There are no major dents or scratches. It's a very "stand-tall" SUV. MECHANICAL: The 5.3 liter engine runs strong, smooth and quiet. The transmission shifts through all the gears solid and strong. The four-wheel-drive engages properly, in High and Low. This Suburban drives down the highway straight and true, just as it should. Within the past 3k miles, it's had the rear end rebuilt, new front wheel bearings (L & R), and a few other small things that the mechanical inspection indicated that it needed. The brakes, front and rear, are nearly new as well. To my knowledge, there are no mechanical issues. All four tires are matching, and in good condition, showing even wear with 50% or more tread. SUMMARY: All in all, this is a terriffic Suburban that has been taken care of throughout it's life, as is evident from the pictures below. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it cross country. So if you're looking for a nice full-size 4X4 SUV with some eye appeal, then this one's definately worth your consideration.
