OK, I really need the space so,,, here you go, a classic unmolested un restored 1981 Mark VI Lincoln. 99 bucks, no reserve! Don't get caught with a bunch of rust, make sure you know whats under that new top. Interior is super nice for a car this old. Runs and drives well. Included is a current Ca. smog cert. Tested and passed 4-27-11. Original California blue plate car. Loaded with options including premium sound and factory 40 channel cb radio. Everything on this car still works except drivers side door lock button. A.C. has no freon, but appears to be fine otherwise. Good tread left with three goodyear weatherhandlers and one cheep tire. Sorry for the poor quality pictures, my camera has a problem. I will try to get some better pictures up soon. Hard to find these Lincolns in this condition, let alone find period. These old Mark's are getting extinct. Now for the bad. There is a small amount of body damage on the right front door, minor, and the louvers are missing from the fender. I will include three from another car. Very very small dents on the driver's side door front edge as well. The top will need to be redone and paint is losing it's clear coat. I do not believe there is any rust on the car anywhere, and will attempt to verify this by taking a 2ond, very close look this week. Car does have the original Ford CB hand controller, and it works. I did note the power antenna does work, but needs a little manual help to move it fully up or down. It is the original, with the coil for the factory cb radio. The handset has controls for cb sound from the front stereo speakers and music from the rear, hit the button again and the 4 channel premium sound system comes back. That said, this system does sound very good at low volume with all speakers working, but I can tell when turned up that the speakers are done, and should be replaced. So I took some more pictures and looked a little closer at this car for rust, I found none. The last few pics. are from the inside of the trunk directly below the vinyl top. Under the car is very clean as well. As for the interior, all 3 cigar lighters and ashtrays are unused. It was a nonsmokers car. Under the hood appears to be original and unmolested. I did replace the ignition control module, I will include the original one. The Spare I have listed in my other auction is actually the narrower white wall, sorry for the mix up. I will probably just throw it back in the trunk for the winner anyway. Thanks for bidding.
