We bought it new, and it has served us well we're only selling to accommodate our growing family! Car is in excellent condition and runs great. The tires were replaced at 37K miles and have been rotated since. New battery. We have performed all scheduled maintenance and have all receipts. It has never been in an accident and has a clean CARFAX. There is a dent in the passenger rear door from turning too close to a pole which happened at 3,000 miles. The paint was unharmed, but you can see the dent from the photos (only at an angle). There is also a scuff and very small dent (could not photograph) on the roof above the hatch. Otherwise, the body and interior are in great condition. The car has always been garaged. Notice that both seats will fold down in this hatchback to give lots of space for hauling.
