The Vehicle is available for in person or third party inspections on Tuesday, Friday or Saturday morning by appointment only with at least 24 hours notice, no off site inspections. All inspections must be completed prior to auction end, no adjustments or exceptions will be made, all sales are final. This Civic is Loaded! Power Moon roof, alloy wheels, ABS anti lock brakes, power windows, mirrors and door locks, air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, CD, Power steering 5 speed manual transmission and more. This Honda drives terrific. It has been serviced about every 3600 miles since new by the selling dealer Miller Honda. It is a two owner car and Miller Honda sold it the second time as well as a certified pre-owned automobile. The last scheduled service took place at Miller Honda in Van Nuys Ca only a few days ago on June 4, 2011! The Civic EX is equipped with an economical 5 speed transmission that achieves 39+ MPG on the highway and more than 30 MPG in the city. The transmission feels great in all gears and shifts correctly with zero grinding or popping out in any gear. The clutch feels good however based on the odometer we believe the clutch will need to be replaced with the next five to seven thousand miles. We usually see these cars with automatics and they are simply boring but with the 5-speed this car is really fun and effortless to drive and provides a very nice driving experience and great MPG. The Civic tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to either side. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the brakes perform correctly. The tires are near new 195/60 R15’s with at least 95% tread wear left mounted on factory alloy wheels with only minor blemishes. Everything works correctly including wipers, low and high beam head lights, all turn signals and hazard lights, reverse and brake lights and running lights. All fluids are Honda factory correct and at proper levels. There are no warning lights on. Overall the vehicle demonstrates that is has been mechanically maintained to a superior level and backed up with a documented extensive history. The color of this Civic EX is Blue. The paint and body overall has excellent sheen and luster. The paint and body are all original and every Honda vin tag is present on every single panel. There are minor imperfections throughout including very minor road chips on the nose. On the passenger side of the car there is a scuff down low on the bumper corner, small shallow dings and nicks on door, a few small nicks on the rear quarter panel. The rear bumper has a couple minor nicks. The driver’s side quarter panel has minor light nicks and the door has a shallow nickel size ding. All glass windows are original OEM Honda and all rubber weather stripping is in excellent condition. We have spent a great deal of time finding the imperfections however they are minor and the car demonstrates an automobile that has been well looked after. The interior color is Tan. The interior condition overall is superb! The cloth seating surfaces are in excellent condition. This is a very low mileage car however the interior looks more like a car that is less than a year old and with very few miles! The prior owners appeared to have been very careful and we are hard pressed to find a car interior this clean in a long time. There are no noticeable imperfections on the seats, dash, console, interior panels, carpets or head liner and all are in excellent condition. Everything works correctly including all power windows, moon roof, ice cold air conditioning, front and rear defrost, ventilation and heating and all ventilation settings, instrument lighting, all instruments, interior lighting, CD, cruise control, power door locks & mirrors. The stereo and all speakers are excellent. All vents, labels and buttons are in excellent condition. The interior is odor free with zero signs of tobacco use! The interior demonstrates pride of ownership and a car that has been garage kept and superbly maintained! IMPORTANT: We hate surprises like anyone spending their hard earned money.
