Here I have a 2004 Nissan Maxima SE, which looks wonderful, but the only thing is, is that the transmission is acting up. Before i explain the problem, let me assure you everything else works, The engine is solid. The problem the transmission is giving, is that it engages, first and second with slight thuds, but when in third it slips for a while but engages 4th for a bit. I drove it from Pensylvania and it slips now and then. I know for sure its 3rd, because when i drive in manual mode i can shift i from 1st to second then 2nd to 3rd third works for a bit then slips. Everything works well like i said, the a/c is ice cold, the heat, is hell hot, the controls in the steering to control the stereo works, all windows work, this car is equipped with the long skylight roof that ths car is famous for, also the check engine light is on due to the transmission problem. I am an Dealer with an Indiana Dealers license located in the Bronx, so at the time of sale an Indiana bill of sale will be given, with a clean PA title. So I will NOT collect sales tax.
