This vehicle is sold "AS IS". It is SOLELY the buyer's/bidder's responsibility to inspect the car before any bids or purchase. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $300.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Ararat Motorcars, Inc must receive tax payments from Ohio residents at their county's tax rate. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Title
- Please note/agree/understand that the title of the vehicle will be received by the purchaser/customer within 7-10 business days after cleared payment. Even if the customer is paying by cash, the title will still be sent out by mail within 7-10 business days. The title will be mailed out with a confirmation number to make sure receipt of it.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Ararat Motorcars, Inc has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Ararat Motorcars, Inc welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Keys, Manuals, Floor Mats
- Please note: All of our cars usually come with only one key and one remote. If there more than one keys or remotes we will give them to you, the buyer. We do not keep any extra keys or remotes. We will usually post a picture of how many keys and remotes there are.
- If there are manuals with the car we will have a picture posted in our listing.
- Sometimes floor mats may be missing. Please make sure to ask about floormats if you do not see them in the pictures, so we will not have any misunderstandings after a vehicle has been purchased.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS IS". Mileage
As to be understood, the mileage of the vehicle may be slightly higher at the time of purchase, because of test drives by potential buyers.
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auction. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
FEEDBACK
We require that feedback be left at the time of vehicle pick up. If the vehicle is being shipped then feedback needs to be left before the vehicle can leave our lot. Please make sure you agree to the terms before buying any vehicle from us.
