Your looking at a 1991 Dodge Ram 350 4x4 with the 12v 5.9 Cummins Turbo Diesel. This is a good work truck. Truck was SRW but has adapters to run DRW (1,500.00 for the set). Buy it now you get the adapters and wheels, if not you get the standard wheels (SRW set up). The truck also has the rare 5 speed manual transmission. It runs and drives down the road as good as one with 80k. The engine fires right up and sounds great! It does not smoke but does leak a very small amount of oil around the timing cover. The engine is all stock. It has very good power. The transmission is the manual 5 speed and works good BUT with grinding going into third gear (if you double clutch it is ok) . The clutch feels great and had to have been replaced at one point. The 4x4 high and low work as they should. The steering and brakes feel real good. You could drive this truck home anywhere in the USA! This truck has a nice 9’ flat bed with almost new top side storage, the lower storage box’s have some rust under the paint, I would remove or replace, BUT are usable as is, see pictures. The body and interior are in good condition for the age and miles. The body has some minor ding and chips that should be expected. There is one small rust spot showing on right fender . The drivers door has some imperfections dull paint. The interior is the red cloth. It needs head liner and seat needs recovered on the drivers side on the edge (see pictures). The rest looks good for the miles. The AC is not working. I drove this truck to Georgia from Colorado and it run like a top, I was going to put my 1948 REO Speed Wagon cab on this frame, I now want to use an automatic trans truck for the change over.
