Listing for a friend, here is the description: I am selling my 1988 s10 because im looking for something a little better on gas, and a car as well. The vehicle is currently not inspected, however i just had it checked by a mechanic and everything should pass on it. The reason im not getting it inspected is i don't have insurance on it anymore and the registration is up this month. I don't want to pay to re-register it and insure it for a month when i hope to have it sold by then. Body is in great shape for its age. the only rust im aware of is around the little screw holds located in the bed, for attaching a cover or cap etc... Truck runs great, no smoke, leaks or anything i seen when looking over it. It will probably need a new battery sometime in the near future but the current one works fine. It just needs jumped if it sits longer than a week and isn't started. there are only 2 minor issues with the truck. the drivers side window popped of track, and needs the top window clip to keep it from falling in if rolled down. the window is up now to prevent rain damage. also the ignition cylinder could be replaced. If you turn it to the lock position it sometimes takes a little wiggle to get it clicked out of lock to start. each are very cheap fixes under $30, i just don't know how to do them my self.
