UP FOR BID: 1993 GL1500 SE. This bike is in good condition, runs great, and the only flaws are minor cosmetic in nature. It has had several owners and the only reason I am selling it is because I have developed arthritic knees and hips. I have had two other GL1500's in the past, have put over 100K miles on each one and they were comfortable as can be. I tried altering the seat on this one to no avail. The seat now on the bike is a new 1996 style Honda seat. It has aftermarket items such as Tulsa windshield, Markland floorboards, '96 style windshield garnish, roadlights, trunk rack, J&M passenger audio controller and hand held CB mike, passenger arm rests, and rider backrest, plus more. The bike has goldleaf flames and pinstriping as seen in the pictures. There are the usual small nicks here and there in the paint. The left saddlebag had somehow been damaged in the past and repaired with fiberglass. The only place it shows is inside the floor and underneath. The left saddlebag door has a crack about 3" long (see picture). The chrome is coming off of some of the accessories. It had "Ring of Fire" chrome front rotor covers and chrome mirror accents on it when I bought it. I prefer the clean look of the light gray covers and white mirror parts so I changed them. The chrome covers, mirror pieces, side cover accents, front engine cover grill, air hose, Kuryakyn foot pegs and brake pedal pad, along with the stock shifter lever, shown in the pictures will go with the bike. The tires are Dunlop Elite II's and have at least 50% of tread left. I will require a $500 deposit, payed thru PayPal, and the balance to be paid within 7 days of auction end with a Cashier's Check or a Postal Money Order.
