You are bidding on a 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 Dually with the 24V (ISB 235hp) Cummings and 5spd manual. Truck has been mantained stock. A/C works great, Power windows, heated mirrors, Class 5 trailer hitch with 7 pin cannon plug. Truck averages 17-20 mpg hand calculated driving unloaded. The exhaust is stock with a straight pipe in place of the muffler. Tires are Michelin LT215/85/R16 MS and are 60%. Paint is faded on the hood and roof. There are dents and scratches on the truck. Left rear fender has a crack on the top side which has been there since I had the truck and hasn't changed. Dash is cracked on the drivers side. A very solid truck. -Recently replaced ball joints on front axle, new rotors and brake pads. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks and good luck. Full payment is due within 7 days. I reserve the right to end the auction early. Update: I had a question emailed to me about rust. I took some pic's of the underside of the truck. There is one spot of rust on the body just under the rear of the drivers door opening on the body(pictured). I think it's from where the running boards (removed just before auction) were touching the body. There was a rubber lip against the body. As you can see there is no fresh black paint covering up anything. The rest appears clean with some florida road dust. This truck was purchased from the original owner in Fort Myers Florida at a Dodge dealership. He was from PA. I bought it in '04 from the dealership site unseen just before moving back to Florida in '05. There has never been any fifth wheel or gooseneck. I had the original class 3 hitch replaced with a class 5. There is an electric brake contoller installed. The tranny is quiet, the transfer case shifts fine and the 4x4 function works fine. The original AM/FM stereo with tape player is in the truck. I have never used the tape player but the radio works. Cruise control works, The power mirrors work fine as do the windows. The passenger door lock piece on the door sticks when using the electric locks but works otherwise. There is a crack in the dash center the drivers position running lengthwise with the truck.
