Up for sale is a 1989 Ford F150 extended cab, V8 gasoline, automatic transmission workhorse of a work truck. This truck is basically ugly. It has been beat to hell and would not win a beauty contest if you paid off every judge. It did, however, make it from Dallas, Texas to Little Rock, Arkansas, where it was put to use hauling building materials back and forth for my brother-in-law's house in some steep terrain and some unforgiving area. He finished building his house in March and the truck sat from March until the time of this listing (5/31) without being cranked. I took the key by and it cranked up in about 2 seconds. Still runs good, and still is ugly. Mechanically, I have had no issue with it. Granted, I haven't driven the thing since the 5 hour Dallas to Little Rock trip, but the extended family has done basically nothing to the truck other than put gas in it. I know that it has a pin hole leak in the raditor that needs JB Weld on it or the raditor refilled from time to time, and I know that the front of the two gas tanks has some trash in the line or trash in the tank that causes the bank tack to be the primary source for the truck. Last, I know that from time to time the driver's rear tire needs aired up. I've tried to give you some pictures to see what you are working with, but I want there to be no doubts as to what you are getting. I'm selling this for some short term cash, and when the auction is over, it is over. If you want to set up to come see it, I can arrange that; but if you bid, you are bidding to buy. This is an 'as is' deal, and the winning bid will be enforced. No payment by PayPal, cash in person on pick up. I will deliver to you a clear TEXAS title, and you will see to whatever is necessary for transfer in your state. If, for whatever reason, you want the truck shipped, I will deliver it to a shipper within 100 miles of the stated location in the item description above at a rate of 33 cents per mile (1 way) to the shipper. YOU would have to make the arrangements and pay the cost of shipping. If you want to pick-up the truck, of course, there would be no additional cost, but (since I do not live in this state) pick-up would have to be by mid day on Sunday, June 5th, or arrangements made for a pick up on a weekend in the not-too-distant future.
