1969 Rover 2000TC P6 Race Car, I have raced this Rover in 4 different weekend Vintage Races with the SOVREN racing association in Washington state over the last 3 years. I purchased this car as a street car and installed a roll bar, Sparco racing seat, G-Force racing seat belts and Minilite wheels. This motor is completely stock except for Mallory electronic ignition. Engine was rebuilt in June 2008 with new pistons, new rings, new valve job and engine was balanced. This engine has less than 2,000 since it was rebuilt. Compression is about 175 lbs. for cylinder #1, #2 and #3 and about 155 lbs. for cylinder #4. Runs strong and revs freely. Pictures include interior floor before I painted it this weekend showing it has a solid floor. A racing fuel cell is in the trunk. New front brake pads and front brake calipers were rebuilt, new rear brake pads and rear brake calipers were also rebuilt. Koni shocks on front suspension and new stock shocks on rear suspension. Should buyer want the stock interior and front and rear bumpers, it will be included with the car. I believe this is the only racing Rover 2000TC in North America since I have never seen another. Either enjoy this Rover in races or convert it back to stock by just re-installing the interior and bumpers. NOTE: THE CAMERA MOUNT ON THE ROLLBAR IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE.
