1973 JEEP CJ 5 NO RESERVE! Features: -Clear Title -304 V8 engine - starts and runs great! -Borg Warner Super T10 Transmission - 4 speed -4x4 - works great! -WARN locking hubs -10 inch clutch -31x10.5 tires (all tires are in good shape - at least 50% tread) -Heavy duty custom roll-cage with front and rear bars (see photos below) -Fiberglass body (less than 5 years old) -Fiberglass hardtop with removable doors - there is (1) crack in the glass on the passenger side door (we have found that it is somewhat difficult to find a fiberglass hardtop to fit the CJ5 series so this was one of the main reasons that we bought this jeep! The hardtop fits our other CJ5 as well! A great asset!) -Heater works great -All gauges work - no issues -All lights work - no issues -Custom front bumper/brushguard and rear pipe bumper with towhitch -Interior is in ok shape - the driver's seat is torn in several spots but the passenger seat in still in good shape.Body is all fiberglass and is in great shape! -Also comes with bikini top, rear seat, and soft top with doors (poor condition) Item is for sale locally and owner reserves the right to end the auction early if jeep sells locally. PICS OF JEEP WITHOUT TOP: On May-29-11 at 09:05:28 PDT, seller added the following information: IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ! 05/29/2011 - IMPORTANT! - We just had someone come and test drive the jeep. It ran well - except for going into REVERSE gear. The shifter was grinding in REVERSE and the driver had difficulty getting the jeep into REVERSE. I wanted to let everyone know about the issue. We are not mechanics so we do not know what the problem might be. JUST FYI!!! We want to be as honest about this sale as we can! ALSO - someone asked about the fenders and hood - they are both fiberglass! ALSO - someone asked the engine - it does NOT knock or leak or smoke.
