The KBB value for this vehicle if it were stock is about $9,000. There are over $21,000 worth of upgrades, not including installation. To install the axles/fenders/bumpers/gears/etc. would be at least $10,000 in labor. This vehicle was purchased new by my good friend. He did all of the modifications prior to 2011. It was not his daily driver, just a toy. I purchased the vehicle from him last year and spent a lot of money making it a better rock crawler. Almost everything was purchased from Quadratec. Everything was professionally installed. I have been driving this Jeep on trails in Moab since 2000. I took it out there this year in the beginning of May and it performed flawlessly. I drove it from Montrose, CO to Telluride, CO, to Durango, CO, to Moab, UT and then to Grand Junction, CO. It drives well on the highway. In Moab, the Jeep did several trails with ease, all rated difficult, Poison Spider, Hells Revenge, Fins and Things, Metal Masher, Kane Creek Canyon, Elephant Hill and a couple others. I love this Jeep. I am only selling this Jeep so that I can buy a 4door with an automatic. My wife is pregnant and wants to be able to drive a Jeep with a rear doors. I have done everything to this Jeep that I ever wanted except for a stretch. With a GenRight gas tank, the rear axle could be stretched with longer rear arms and this wouuld be a perfect rock crawler. This vehicle was well maintained by the former owner. The oil and transfer case fluid were changed regularly. He changed the axle fluid too, but I put new axles on it this year. A new radiator was put in last year. The motor is strong; it starts up and runs with no issues. The oil was changed last week. Never smoked in. I have the rear seat but it is not in the Jeep; I have the Mountaineer Rack installed back there now. I also have the cargo rack for the rear bumper. It goes over the spare tire, but I haven't tried it with the 37" tire on it yet. The airbag fuses are pulled for rock crawling, but can be reinstalled. The airbags are still there. It has an Optima Redtop battery that is less than three years old. The A/C works well. I am even including the Hi-Lift Jack, new Jerry can and Cobra CB. Doesn’t hold on steep hills. I just leave it in gear when I park. -Rear axle bangs on gas tank skid plate on big bumps. -Rear seatbelts may or may not work, they are there, but were violated when the mountaineer rack was installed. -There are some scratches on the paint and some dings, indicative of a 13 year old Jeep. -There is a small chip on the windshield.
