Vehicle Detail
Hello everyone and thank you for looking at my 1966 Mustang Coupe. The car has a 289 ci V-8 engine under the hood with a 4 speed manual transmission. It has 3:55 to 1 gear ratio in the back. The paint job was done last summer and its aqua and white. I’ve put a lot of time and money into this car during the 10 years I’ve owned it, but the combination of school and so on makes it no longer worth keeping. The car looks and runs greats. Things done: Ebelbrock Torker intake manifold A real 289ci engine which is getting rare these days (not a 302) New Zoom Clutch Hurst short throw shifter 3/8 inch fuel system Holley 650 cfm, double pumper, 4 barrel Carb Flow-tech headers with brand new 3” exhaust all the way out the back hooked to spin-tech mufflers Front disc brakes Dual Reservoir master cylinder (much safer than the stock suicide master cylinder) New brake lines all around Brand new 18 circuit painless wiring harness (has extra circuits for power locks, windows, etc… if you decide to get them) Interior was done a few years ago it also matches the car perfectly Rear tires are in great shape and plenty of tread, but fronts are in good condition and fair on tread Put a barrier plate behind the rear seat (Did this because of rear collision protection if it were to happen) Racing gas tank (fuel Cell) in the trunk (Did this because of rear collision protection if it were to happen) Spare tire mounted on the bottom outside of the trunk area There aren’t any serious problems with the car. The car is about 90% complete it does need a stereo installed and the center console would need to be painted or covered in vinyl and also a new headliner installed. I had to cut the back half out because it got ruined during paint. Also one piece to the front chrome around the windshield just recently flew off while I drove it on the freeway. I made sure of it that no more would follow suit. If you have any questions please feel free to ask I’ll reply ASAPI have this car for sale locally also and I reserve the right to cancel the auction early. If you are the winning person to get this Mustang I require 500 dollar deposit within 48 hours of winning which can be done through paypal. Also, the winning bid is price for the car as it sits only. The winner is responsible for shipping of the vehicle and any other additional cost related to getting the vehicle.
