1979 Dodge Powerwagon 150 stepside 4x4. excellent contition, 32,000 orginal miles. VERY VERY clean, NO rust, NO dents,No dings. Paint is like show room condition, , interior excelent condition. IT drives and runs great!!!On May-23-11 at 08:32:31 PDT, seller added the following information: Bidders, FYI I recerived this email from the second owner after i listed the truck! Wow. I was the second owner and restored the truck from 2002-2004. It came from a farmer that kept it in a dirt floor lower barn so It was in good shape . I am about 45 min from Carlisle Pa and had the truck decoded and certified by Skip Gibbs as original 79 special order power wagon(not warlock)with warlock options. It originally had special scrolling pinstripes which I didnt like but I repainted original sunfire brown metallic($4,000)! Truck was special ordered with Tuff steering wheel, multi metallic paint and lil red bucket seats. Tuff steering wheels are hard to come by and I realized the cuda steering wheels fit so I added that one. Truck also had rare dealer installed JACKMAN white spoke off road wheels..cant believe someone took them off??? I sold it with the original seat but someone replaced it. Motor is an original 79 360HP..4bbl!! from the factory...engine code has HP on it..I believe the H or the P is upside down but no matter. I sold as part of my collection for down payment on a farm..All certifications went with it..should still be with the truck. Was sold at Carlisle MOPAR show summer of 2007 to a guy in NY state.Very original truck done right. Was certified as a very rare truck to be a power wagon with so many options. By the way..those bed boards are OAK and are factory original. I was told that they used that type so on a powerwagon..loads could be slid without hitting the bolts. The boards had factory markings when the bed was taken apart for paint. Good luck with it.
