Carbs have just been gone through, new battery, new plugs, good tires, missing right hand side cover otherwise complete. I believe there is a problem with power to the fuel pump if relay is un-hooked and power is given to the correct side the pump will pump up and work. Sounds like it is trying to start but won't, lost interest and no time to work on it. Bike is in good condition except for a dent on the right hand side of the tank which the picture will show.
