It has a perfect unblemished Car Fax report with extensive service records all by the same selling dealer since day one and all the way to present. The original in service date or date of sale was February 22, 2002. The second time it was sold on February 23, 2006. All photos of this MBZ were taken as received. On all eBay sales; we simply prefer to show the subject vehicle in the exact same condition as when we received the unit in trade. The vehicle has not been cleaned, detailed or dolled up for pictures. The automobiles we offer on eBay show pride of ownership with strong service histories. Each eBay listing from us is a new BMW trade in that is either too old or have more miles than the certification process will allow. These cars have been checked out with a full condition report however they have not been inspected or reconditioned for traditional resale. Please review the details below of the subject auto. This car is equipped with the following features: Cold weather Package, CD, Navigation, Moon roof, Leather upholstery, power telescopic and tilt wheel, Drivers power seat with three position memory, passenger power seat with three position memory, power rear sun shade, factory chrome wheels and Bose Audio. The color of this car is Silver. The paint and body of this car overall has excellent sheen and luster. There is zero oxidation anywhere on the car and the paint and body are all original. The body is straight with only minor imperfections including minor light scuffs along the passenger side front fender and front door that should polish right out, minor scuffs and nicks on the rear bumper, a quarter size dings on the driver’s side rear quarter panel along with a scrape along the wheel opening, a very light scuff on the driver’s side front bumper corner that will buff out for the most part and a scrape on the passenger front corner lower valance. A dime size shallow ding on the driver’s rear door. There are a few minor road chips on the front nose. There are no noticeable imperfections in any of the glass windows that stand out and all glass is OEM MBZ. Overall very good condition indeed! The interior color of this car is Black. The color combo is striking and stands out! The interior condition overall is outstanding. The leather seating surfaces are in amazing condition and are both soft and supple! There is nearly zero wear on the seats and nearly perfect and better than most three year old cars. The rest of the interior including door panels, dash, wood inlays, center console, head liner, carpets are all in excellent condition. On the driver’s door the wood inlay is loose but free of flaws. The ash tray appears to have been used for coins and will not close. There are zero funky odors and there are no signs of tobacco use in this pampered car. The display screen for Navigation and audio does not come on and I cannot figure out how to turn on either of them. Everything else performs correctly including all power windows, ice cold air conditioning, front and rear defrost, ventilation and heating and all ventilation settings, instrument lighting, all instruments, power door locks, seats & mirrors, keyless entry, CD, audio features, cruise control and all interior lighting. All controls, vents, tabs, buttons and labels are in excellent condition. The fact is the interior condition overall screams that has been meticulously maintained at an extremely high standard and obviously garaged kept! This 02 MBZ runs great. It is equipped with an automatic transmission. The MBZ tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to either side. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the brakes perform correctly. It has near new four matching Michelin 225/60 R 16 tires with at least 95% tread wear left. The tires are mounted on nearly perfect factory chrome alloy wheels. All tools are present. The MBZ does have a mechanical issue. The airmatic light, ABS & check engine light are on. They are all tied to the same circuit or problem. This problem limits the transmission from up shifting to the higher road gears and will not drive more than 70mph until repaired. The owner had two of three problems corrected and the final repair or part replacement will cost about or under twelve hundred that will return all systems to normal. The other repairs prior to this one cost substantially more but the prior owner simply wanted make it drivable so he could trade in on a new automobile. Everything else works correctly including wipers, low and high beam head lights, lower driving lights, all turn signals and hazard lights, reverse and brake lights and running lights. All fluids are factory correct and at proper levels. Overall the car demonstrates that is has been mechanically maintained like it should at a very high standard. The car is available for in person or third party inspection but I need 48 hours notice by appointment only prior to auction end. Inspections may take place between noon and eight pm on Monday or Thursday. IMPORTANT: The winning bidder of this car will make a $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit within 24 hours of auction close via Pay Pal. The car is being sold AS-IS and no warranty is implied. The balance is due within seven days of auction close via Cash in person, cashiers check or bank wire. Upon clearance of funds seller will overnight Clean California Title, Current California Registration. Buyers paying with check will not receive title or automobile until check clears our bank. IMPORTANT: California buyers with will be required to pay $199 for smog and safety certification along with California DMV transfer, $55 doc fee and sales tax per buyers county. The only exception is for licensed dealers or dismantlers. IMPORTANT: Out of state or International buyers to avoid California ownership transfer fees the car must be picked up by a licensed carrier or transporter unless a licensed dealer.
