Here is a 1980 Cb125s with 5693 miles on it. This is a morton building find a few years ago that i bought for a winter project. I took this bike down to the frame and cleaned everything and sanded all electrical connection. I also replaced with new the following: 1. New tires mounted and balanced. 2. New steering bearings for tight control. 3. New wheel bearings front and back. 4. New brakes front and back. 5. New Carb. bought off ebay. 6. New point and condenser. 7. New spark plug and wire. 8. New battery this spring. 9. Replaced clutch and brake cables. 10. New petcock under gas tank. 11. New horn mounted. (horn button sometimes works other times not) Took this bike around the block a few times every now and then and runs and shifts good. Easy to cold start with a couples kicks. Has a 6volt battery that i will include 6volt battery charger. Bike needs new relay as the blinkers sometimes work and sometimes don't want to. If you are looking for a brand new looking bike this isn't it because it has a fair share of cosmetic flaws scratches, fender dings, etc. Pretty decent for a 31 year old bike. Bike does NOT have title. You can get a bonded title for it thru the state of IL. I never bothered because I was only going to use it at my campgrounds, but it does get HIGH MPG and at this time of age it would be worth it to title it. All and all it is a good running bike that steers, brakes, and rides nice. Any questions please ask. Local pick-up preferred, but will help load onto truck for shipping if ALL arrangements have been made by BUYER and PAYMENT HAS CLEARED before i let on the truck. Comes with bill of sale and old license plate (iowa 1984) if that might help in getting it registered. Bike has been garage kept since I have owned it. Would like to see this go to someone that will use it. I just dont get around to riding it and could use some extra space in garage. I have described bike to the best of my ability and it is sold as is. Charges up fine. Also found clymers manual that i will throw in... so thats 6volt charger, motorcycle, and bike.
