Here we have a 74 GTO,4 speed, which i believe has a special order paint and interior combination.The body on this car is in GREAT shape as far as rust issue`s. This is probably one of the cleanest orginal bodied car`s i have found.The drive train run`s perfect and shift`s well with it`s new clutch. The engine run`s like a top with not so much as a lifter,or rocker arm tick, again Perfect! The paint on the car is showing it`s age with some crazing or crack`s and the usual door ding`s from being parked to close to other`s.The carpet look`s orginal and should be replaced because of some fading and worn though spot`s.The driver`s seat has some split`s in the material,but the passenger and back seat still look like new.Dash pad is good but could use to be redyed.Rear side panel`s are faded and will need the same.The head liner need`s to be replaced, and Ame`s a pontiac restoration part`s group has the seat cover and head liner in stock. Head liner cost`s 79.00 and both front seat cover`s are 285.00 and you have to by the pair,because single`s aren`t available.I have the orginal am/fm radio that will come with the car.This is one of those car`s you can just jump in, drive, enjoy and restore it as you go.I try to list the car`s as honestly as i can so there are no surprizes on your end.Any question`s feel free to ask! ADDED NOTE: There was only 687 4 speed hatchback`s and probably half survived, and with this color combo most likely one of one. The sheet metal is great on this car, with just a little surface rust on a few of it`s edge`s and that`s it! This is not someone`s rot box, and just trying to dump it on E-bay.These car`s are not a high end car, and if the car need`s alot of body work they are not worth fixing. This car is a nice car to drive and fix because it`s overall condition is so nice yet. ADDED NOTE: Trim tag data, 26 26 is Regetta Blue with painted roof, 550 is red interior, A-51 is bucket seat so what you see is the way it was built from the factory!
