I have a REAL 1968 Pontiac GTO very rare 89121 original miles, it is not a clone, it is the real thing. It is a Verdero Green real numbers matching car that is super rust free. Motor has the VIN stamped on it and the rest of the drivetrain is the original also (not just correct, it is original). It is a 400 cu.in. 360 horse H.O. car with a turbo 400 and a 3.55 posi. Has a lot of options like hide-a-way headlights (works), console, his-hers shifter, posi, A/C, P/S, power disc brakes (correct 4 piston style),dual side mirror, driver side remote mirror, rear defroster, rally guages, in dash tach, bucket seats and ultra rare passenger recliner seat, Ram Air exhaust manifolds, and more that I am sure I am forgeting. Most everything works and the car has no rust issues at all (just some minor surface rust, and 100% of the sheetmetal is original). It has been restored in the past. I have rebuilt the transmission, differential, carburetor, alternator, distributor, steering box, and front suspension with KYB shocks all around. I have added a rear sway bar, new 16" American Racing rims, all new flowmaster exhaust with X-pipe crossover, rechromed rear bumper, ALL new brakes (I mean everything!), mini high torque starter, deep trans pan, 2500 stall converter, etc. etc. etc. Runs well, brakes good, steers great, and gets a ton of compliments wherever I go. The car does need to be finish restored as I have started that process already. It has been repainted once but needs it again (body is in really good shape though). Interior is all there front bucket been newly restored (dash is in great shape) This is not a clone! It is a real 242 VIN car built in Texas and came to California in the mid 70's. They only made about 3,140 to be exact H.O automatic cars and only about 25% of those had the A/C option i have the PHS doc for the car.
