Vehicle Detail

1969 Triumph T100C, Trophy or/ Tiger Competition. Welded hardtail with 4" stretch. Factory frontend, new fork seals, tapered bearings and seats in steering head. T120 headlight, and working turn signals. 1968 Tiger Competition T100 tank with original paint. 16" rear wheel with stock hub, sealed bearings added. Rear wheel is shimed for proper alignment with 1/4" chain clearance. Stock rear brakes, re-built with good used parts and very little wear. super good rear sprocket. 19" stock front wheel and brakes. Engine # GE24973 June of 1971, Bigend bearings are ball bearings and are tight. Crank turned down 0.030" with new rod bearings, oil pressure 45lbs all day. New sludge trap screen. Transmision has new shifter plate, bearings and seals. New drive gear sprocket one extra tooth. New clutch basket, and plates. Good shock rubber. Cylinders are pre-1964 NOS, never on a bike standard bore. New tappet guides and re ground tappets. Pushrod tube covers are flat "O" ring style with no leaks. Pistons are NOS Triumph standard with Hepolite rings. I rebuilt a 1967 cylinderhead. Has good sparkplug threads all the way, but had bad threads in the left exuast spigot 1/2 way out. I JB welded in the spigot and no problems at all. Re-decked the head, installed new valve guides and valves. Re-cut the seats with a Neway carbide valeseat cutter, and it is tight. Standard head gasket. Rockerboxes leak a little, mostly from the inspection covers. Pazon electronic ignition with two 6volt coils. 12 volt battery hides in the oil tank. Amal concentric carb. Runs on race fuel the way its set up. Can run on pump gas if you install a thicker cylinder head gasket, increasing the combustion chamber size. Its not very clean , but you can do that. Runs fantastic! No bullshit. Ready to be beat on. Can`t weigh 300 lbs. E-mail with any questions. I`ll call you if you give me a number, I`d rather talk on the phone, being 50 years old.
