1967 MERCURY COUGAR. Up for auction is a nice, very original looking 1967 Mecury Cougar. This car is rust free, accident free and has a great and very straight body....it still has the factory I.D. plate screwed into the radiator housing. The paint looks nice, the vinyl top and interior are in overall very good condition. The car is the original blue color, the paint looks very nice with only a few minor chips. The engine sounds good and the car shifts well. It has manual drum brakes, and powersteering. The car has dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers added. The headlights/headlight doors work, but the turn signals don't. The speedo/odo/gas & temp dials work, the clock also works when you tap on it. The chrome trim is original and looks nice, it even has the chrome trim around the wheel well openings. The car has its original hubcaps and older polyester white wall tires (old and will need replacement).
