Up for auction is a very cool 1968 Austin Healey Sprite. This car needs 100% restoration. Vin# reads HAN9U72207G. Odometer reads 29,467. We found this car in a customers garage. It was last inspected in April of 1981. The key turns easily in the tumbler, and the fan turns on the engine, freely, by hand. We have not tried to start it. Convertible frame is in excellent condition, and vinyl top is about 90%. Vehicle body and frame are in very good condition. Floor boards are rotted around the edges. There is light fill on the body. Vehicle rolls and steers very easily. It has been in our garage for about six months, and has not shown one drip of any fluids. This is a very cool little sports car, we don't have the time for it right now. Hoping to pass it along to someone looking for an awesome project car. Engine appears to have been swapped out earlier in the vehicle's life, we don't know for sure. Previous owner claims it ran when it was last parked in their garage.
