You are bidding on a 1997 Jeep Cherokee with 114'000 miles finished in Black. 1 owner since new. Its equipped with Jeeps legendary 4.0 straight six. Which gets decent gas mileage for an suv, but more importantly is ultra reliable. I took lots of photo's and a video of this car so that you can feel comfortable bidding. If you read my description, view every picture, watch the video and study the autocheck, you will be just as knowledgeable about the car as anyone who's driven it in person. Also if there's anything you're unsure about, please don't hesitate to ask. I'll usually answer the same day. Video This video was 2 parts. 1 Basic walk around of the car2 Attempting to focus the camera on the dash cluster accelrating to highway speeds, to show the transmission shifting (over bumpy roads). Exterior The exterior is in good condition, without rust or really any noticeable dents, but it could use a buff. Its black so it does show every imperfection and it does a have few scratches, again most of which can be buffed out. All glass is good with no cracks. Be sure to view the video, I believe it shows the paint accurately. It does have nice wheels. I do have the factory steel wheels if interested (they do have some rust). Interior The interior is also clean, especially for a Jeep. Overall its very nice. Everything inside works. All windows, all lights, stereo CD etc. Just refer to the video, I got most of it in there. The Cd player probably won't come with the Jeep, more than likely I'll be putting the factory stereo back in if I'm able to get around to it. The front speakers have been replaced for Bose speakers and Kenwoods in the rear and it does sound good. Never been smoked in. Mechanically Mechanically it’s in good shape. It starts right up every time. There's no warning lights on dash. The transmission shifts through all gears and the engine pulls strong. No smoke from the tail pipe. The 4X4 engages smoothly and works great. It has firm brakes and recent battery. I'd trust driving this Jeep anywhere. As you can see I have nearly 100% positive feedback. I have never wronged any one on eBay before. If you win the car and find at the time of pickup that any thing listed in this auction is untrue I WILL NOT HOLD YOU OBLIGATED TO PURCHASE.
