UP FOR BID IS A 1987 FORD F-350 ROLLBACK WITH 17' CHEVRON ALUMINUM BED THIS TRUCK HAS THE 460 V8 WITH 4 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION. TRUCK RUNS AND DRIVES GOOD & STOPS GOOD. IT HAS BRAND NEW ELDERBRAC CARBERATOR, ALTENATOR, BELTS, STARTER AND NEWER TIRES. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS AS IT SHOULD WITH NO STRANGE NOISES. THE INTERIOR IS IN GOOD SHAPE. THE SEAT HAS A COVER ON IT (WAS ON THERE WHEN I PURCHASED IT) I HAVE NEVER HAD IT OFF. I DID LIFT THE CORNER AND IT APPEARED TO BE IN GOOD CONDTION AS WELL. THERE IS AN AFTERMARKET CD PLAYER AND THE TRUCK IS EQUIPPED WITH POWER WINDOWS, DOOR LOCKS AND CRUISE CONTROL. I AM UNSURE AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE DOOR LOCKS WORK I HAVE NEVER LOCKED THEM BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A DOOR KEY. THE POWER WINDOWS BOTH WORK BUT THE DRIVER SIDE ONLY CONTROLS THE DRIVERS WINDOW YOU MUST ROLL DOWN THE PASSENGER WINDOW FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE. AS FAR AS THE CRUISE CONTROL GOES IT IS UNHOOKED & I AM UNSURE OF WHETHER OR NOT IT WORKS BUT EVERYTHING DOES APPEAR TO BE THERE FOR IT. THE FUEL GAUGE AND HEAT GAUGE DO NOT WORK. I HAVE HAD IT DRIVING/RUNNING FOR A TOTAL OF 5 HOURS NON STOP WITHOUT ANY OVER HEATING PROBLEMS. THE PARKING LIGHTS AND HEADLIGHTS ARE ON A SEPARTE SWITCH. THE 17' CHEVRON BED IS IN GREAT WORKING CONDITION AS WELL AS THE WINCH. THE BED IS IN GOOD CONDITION EXCEPT FOR THE 3 QUARTER SIZE HOLES IN THE CENTER. AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THERE ARE NO CRACKS ANYWHERE IN THE BED AND ALL THE WELDS AND SEAMS SEEM TO BE GOOD. THE RAILES UNDERNEATH SEEM TO BE STRAIGHT AND TRUE AND THE BED OPERATES SMOOTHLY. THE BED IS SETUP FOR A STINGER INCLUDING THE HANDLE, HYDRAULIC HOSE AND HOUSING BUT THE INSERT IS MISSING. IT HAS THE THROTTLE CONTROLS NEXT TO THE BED CONTROLS. WHEN AND ONLY WHEN THE PTO IS ENGAGED THERE IS A SLIGHT FLUID DRIP AT THE FRONT OF THE BED CONTROL. IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS COMING OUT OF THE KNOB THAT CONTROLS THE STINGER BUT DOES NOT EFFECT THE OPERATION OF THE TRUCK AT ALL. THE TRUCK HAS A STROBE STYLE LIGHT BAR AND WORK LIGHTS ALL IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. AS FAR AS THE TRUCK ITSELF THE FLOOR PANS ARE RUSTED OUT. THE CAB CORNERS AND ROCKER PANELS ARE RUSTED PRETTY GOOD AND THE CAB DOES HAVE SOME RUST IN PLACES BUT NOTHING MAJOR. THERE ARE TWO FUEL TANKS I ONLY USED THE FRONT ONE, WHEN I PURCHASED THE TRUCK I WAS TOLD THE REAR TANK WAS NO GOOD. THE EMERGENCY BRAKE IS BROKE BUT THAT'S NOTHING A WHEEL CHALK WON'T TAKE CARE OF. ONCE THE TRUCK HAS RUN AWHILE AND GETS WARM IT CRANKS OVER SLOW BEFORE IT STARTS BACK. AS I SAID BEFORE IT RUNS AND DRIVES GOOD. I HAVE TRIED TO DESCRIBE THIS TRUCK TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY.
