1968 Lincoln Continental Due to a business endeavor I wish to pursue I am forced to sell my 68 Lincoln that was recently completed. There is approx 2,000 miles on entire setup up. Has Autometer speedometer with digital odometer reflects the 2,000 miles since that was installed after completion. There is well over $25,000 invested into this car and countless hours of labor. How it sits right now you can fire it up and go cruising and have fun. Has enough power to pin you in your seat with the freshly rebuilt 460ci Ford engine and rebuilt transmission. Doesnt get hot, shifts nice and smooth. Cruises effortlessly at freeway speeds. It is ready to take to car shows how it sits. The body/paint/suspension were done by a very high end custom car shop. Quality of bodywork and paint shows better when seen in person. Body is straight. No rust that I am aware of. Underside of vehicle is very clean and rust free. Interior is absolutely beautiful. Fully custom with autometer gauges and switches for the on board compressor. Switches to lower or raise the front and back. Has door poppers on driver side. Poppers on passenger side are there but where never hooked up. All power windows and lights work. All gauges work and are accurate. Nice comfortable seats with new cushions inside. Power seat does not currently work, you can hear the motor trying to move seat. New carpet and upholstry. New headliner. The trunk was the last thing I was going to complete. It has 4 subwoofers back there with a monster amp. Up to the buyer to leave it how it is or have a custom box and carpet installed back there. There is a crack in the windshield. It is not in the drivers line of sight and is low on the passenger side of windshield. The AC system is almost all complete however you will need an AC compressor with AC lines. Wiring is all done and controlled from the dash with a very nice Vintage AC control unit. Overall car is VERY clean and runs GREAT. Gets ALOT of attention. There are a few small knicks in paint but you would be hard pressed to see them while walking around the car unless you are looking for them.
