1981 TOYOTA SR5 4X4 PICKUP 55,732 Miles - Medium Blue OPTIONS: POWER STEERING POWER BRAKES TILT WHEEL LEATHER STEERING WHEEL FULL GAUGE PACKAGE WOOD GRAIN DASH (looks real) TOYOTA DELUXE CARPET A/C REAR SLIDING WINDOW LEATHER SHIFTER BF GOODRICH ALL TERRAIN 31" x 10" TIRES BED LINER FRONT FACTORY TOW HOOK I aquired this 1981 Toyota 4x4 SR5 about 4 1/2 years ago. I am the second owner & have the original title since I have not tagged it. I was not looking for a new truck at the time & did not need one and still don't. but I did a lot of work for the owner of the truck & that's how I was paid with the truck (materials & labor). He just bought a new house & was very low on cash. It was about $3,000.00 in work. It only had 55,000 miles on it and knew it needed body work but felt it was a good deal so I agreed. I have receipts of the work done on it before I got it plus the book that came with the truck. It had a new clutch put in at 55,082 miles in 1991. I drove the truck several times when I first got it and it was a lot of fun & great on gas. I had insurance on it for the first 30 days (free). The 4WD is awesome in the snow! This baby can Really Climb-very very well!! It has BF Goodrich All Terrain 31" x10" Tires on it. the truck does need body work & I already have 5 vehicles that I am paying insurance on so it's been sitting. From sitting it needs a carburator & slave cylinder for the clutch. I would also get a new battery because it won't hold a charge. IT also needs exhaust from cat back. This truck has the 22R 4 cylinder engine in it which is a extremely tough motor I have been told. This is a rare find. this is a Project Vehicle that needs work, more cosmetic on the body than mechanically, but needs work in both areas. This is An As Is sale. You buy it - its yours. No Exceptions - Please think before you buy because we had a Ebayer destroyed our rating when we did nothing wrong and they bought the wrong item from our list of items for sale. Since it was not an As Is item, we said we would take the item back. They wanted us to pay for the return shipping & we refused so they left bad feedback. Here someone purchased the wrong item from our list of items for sale and they expected us to pay for return shipping and this is the result to our rating. So please realize this is not a truck that you will put the key in the iginition and drive off. This truck will ned to be removed from our home at your cost not ours.
