PLEASE READ THIS! After listing this I noticed through AutoCheck they have listed a title issue. That is due to the state of Indiana considering this car over 100,000 miles and being over 10 years old. You can verify this information by calling 1-888-409-2204 (Autocheck phone). The state issued that in 2008 but it has been licensed and driven every since then with no issues. It does not mean the car cannot be titled or driven on the raod. The car title is clean and is currently licensed in the state of Indiana. Please do not let this steer you away from bidding. I have talked with Autocheck and they are more than happy to explain this further to anyone interested in buying. 1989 Nissan 240 sx SE 2 door driveable car thats great on gas! Automatic, 4 cylinder, sunroof, hatchback, 205,520 original miles, a little less than 50% left on the tires, power windows work but you cannot roll the passenger side up from the drivers side that quit working but you can roll it up from passenger side. kept up on oil changes, drivers seat has the left side(when sitting it it) is kinda broken you can sit in it and drive it but like the side bar has broken off underneath the fabric and fabric is a little worn in that area, has all original seats and carpeting and side panels. My husband is a mechanic so within the last 1 - 1 1/2 years we have replaced the water pump, alternator, thermostat, plugs & wires, cap & rotor, ignition coil, battery, upper and lower radiator hoses and a couple heater hoses, all belts, new brake pads on rear, brake pads and rotors on front, panasonic radio with cd player. Has AC and as far as I know it works. Coming out of winter it's hard to say how good it will be but it did work last summer. Has cruise control and as far as I know it works. Clear coat is flaking off in a few places. Missing cigarette lighter but fixture is there-no idea if it works? Coin/ashtray is missing. Dash does have some cracks. Rear defroster doesn't work. I had the tint taken off the rear window and when I did the rear defrost quit. Needs rear shocks on hatch (we use a board to hold it up) It does have 2 exterior rusty holes I've shown pictures of both. One is under drivers side door and the other is drivers side rear quarter panel behind tire. There is some paint discoloration and I know the front bumper had some scratches so it was repainted but has some paint chipping off again. Car does have your minor dings and scratches but nothing major thats out of the ordinary for a car this old. Piece of black trim on passenger side door is starting to come off(see pic) The covers are missing for the power window buttons on the drivers side. Car in very good shape for miles. You can go get in it start it right up and go. I have owned this car off and on since the early 1990's but have known the people that have owned it when I didn't so I've been able to keep up on the maintenance. Speedometer works when it wants to. All other gauges and odometer work and odometer is correct mileage. Clear title. It's impossible for me to tell you every single thing but I've tried very hard to think of most. Really would make a nice little car for someone. Or a great drift or drag car! We bought another truck so a vehicle has to go and unfortunately this one is it. 2 drivers don't need 5 vehicles! Shipping-My husband will deliver the car to you on a trailer. A hook up fee of $75.00 and then $1.00 a mile within 500 miles of Evansville, Indiana. The car must have a deposit made through Paypal and then cash for remainder upon delivery. Cash only for the delivery fee due when the car is delivered to you. If you choose to pick the car up you will need to make a deposit through Paypal and then pay the remainder in cash upon pick up.
